There is no reason to throw garbage out of your car window. Wherever  you are going, there will be a garbage can. Where do they think the trash goes? It just sits on the side of the road looking ugly until sanitation picks it up. It’s the same people that do this that complain about paying taxes. Here’s a wild thought. Throw your own garbage away and save the taxpayers dollar.
